Anything to free your mind of everyday distractions helps focus on a specific thing. A walk alone where you can give permission for your brain to wander helps you to think outside the box. Extraordinary solutions may be waiting to spring into your overcrowded thoughts. Magnificent scenery is wonderful, but not an essential ingredient. Its also not the answer as incredible sights can still be met with iPhone stress and living-in-Instagram moments. Free your mind. Allow yourself time to think and ponder. Meditate or reflect or count your blessings. Either way, decluttering your mind is a good thing.
